COVID-19 Update From Beyond the Bell
Dear friends-
We regret to inform you that we will be one of many businesses forced to close from now until March 27th, 2020. Like many others in the hospitality industry, our business is taking an unexpected and tremendous hit. We are deeply grateful for Beyond the Bell Tours having it’s best year yet and we were looking forward to a dynamic and productive 2020. Thank you to everyone who has supported us by coming on tours, encouraging us during the ups and downs of running a small business, writing reviews for us, sharing our events and showing us all that good groupie love via social media.
We like many of you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious and concerned. We encourage all of you to hold one another closer (metaphorically of course) during these times. Check in on your friends, run errands for those who can’t, take care of yourself and wash your hands.
Having had to cancel thousands of dollars of tours over the past few days has been heart-breaking. This has included tours for conferences, corporate events, colleges in the area, families on a weekend trip to Philadelphia, locals trying to get to know their city better and more. Our passion, pride and joy is our mission of putting people back into people’s history, truthful story-telling, and telling history in a way that reflects the city of Philadelphia.
We are very much looking forward to a time when the weather turns, people are traveling again, and business picks ups. Until then, we have zero revenue coming in. We would like to invite you all to do a few things:
Think about how we can partner this summer: Do you have a corporate event that would love the Badass Women’s History Tour? A group of friends coming to town that would enjoy the Queer History Tour? A birthday party that could be a History on Tap Tour? Let us know. Email us at: info@beyondthebelltours.com or call us at: (484) 416-0140.
Consider buying a gift card with no expiration, which you can get here:

As always, listen to health professionals and take this seriously, so we can all quickly get back to enjoying the city we love. We can’t wait to see you all again and get back to work. Take care of yourself and those around you.
Best,
Joey and Rebecca
