About the Our Market Tours:
Operated by Beyond the Bell Tours, the Our Market Tours explore the 9th Street Market through public art, vendor stories, and unique history that makes Philadelphia the city that it is today. This tour shares the stories of the people who work and live in the Market. Through public art and storytelling, learn about the contributions of the many (im)migrant communities that make the Market thrive.
The Our Market Tours that will be offered on Saturdays @ 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM September 21st- November 9th, 2024.
Sunday, October 27th @ 10 AM tour will be in Vietnamese only.
Sunday, Nov 10th @ 2:00pm tour will be in Spanish only.

About the Our Market Project
Our Market is a community-centered, multi-layered, multi-year public art project focused on supporting the migrant vendors, business owners, and neighbors who work and reside in the 9th Street Market. Our Market focuses on expanding the narrative of the 9th Street Market, one of the oldest outdoor markets in the United States. The public art includes revitalized vendor stands, murals and light boxes. Over the past few years, Our Market has been gathering stories through story circles and is working to create a digital archive.
